My first exposure to this principle took place during high school, when I watched my father transition from the assembly line of a factory to an independent furniture refinishing business. He began with a simple favor—helping our pastor restore old pieces—and through sheer dedication, his new craft quickly gained traction. The entire family, including me, joined forces in this venture, learning valuable lessons about teamwork, attention to detail, and the rewards of building trust in a local community.
After finishing high school, I pursued a formal education in accounting, ultimately becoming the first in my family to attend college. Working at a major accounting firm taught me the inner workings of different organizations and instilled a passion for continuous learning. Over the years, I have launched and led multiple businesses—ranging from my own CPA practice to services that helped senior citizens protect their savings. Each step of the way, I discovered the importance of understanding people’s needs and customizing solutions that truly serve their best interests.
These experiences naturally led me to the real estate industry, where I’ve noticed a growing need for professionals who value genuine client relationships over impersonal transactions.
